Institution Innovation Council (IIC)

The Institution Innovation Council (IIC) at Thanthai Periyar Government Institute of Technology (TPGIT) fosters a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among engineering students. The IIC at TPGIT aims to create a vibrant ecosystem for innovation, encouraging students to ideate, collaborate, and implement solutions to real-world engineering challenges.

With its strong foundation in five core engineering departments—Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, and Computer Science—the institute nurtures interdisciplinary projects, blending cutting-edge technology with practical problem-solving skills.

TPGIT's IIC encourages students to engage in workshops, seminars, hackathons, and competitions that boost their creativity and technical know-how.
